Note: There are delivery delays in rare instances, where packages may take longer to be delivered than the listed time frame. Unfortunately, it is out of our control and customs may delay deliveries in some instances. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please consider our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive the proof (stated in the refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.

Shipping fee: Free Shipping Over $59.00
Shipping fee is $6.99 for orders below $0-$58.99
Note: The shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries, bad weather and international couriers.
If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within the time specified by the website for canceling the order, the order can be canceled.
